We may collect demographic information about you when you RSVP for events, register to volunteer, subscribe to our newsletter, or use other features on our website.
What do we use your information for?
The information may be used to communicate with you via standard mail, email, or by phone. Such communication will include notifications about events, requests for your feedback, or information about issues related to Adults 50+, volunteer opportunities, and/or healthcare. In addition, for research purposes, our funders may require us to provide them with aggregated data related to the demographics and interests of our volunteers and prospective volunteers.This data will be used to help them gain a better understanding of the composition of our volunteer corps, as well as assess the success of Boomers Leading Change. No information you provide will be connected to you personally to any outside party; nor, will any information be sold to or shared with third parties unaffiliated with Boomers Leading Change.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All the information you provide is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database. It is only accessible to those members of the Boomers Leading Change staff authorized to have special access rights to our database for the express purpose of updating and maintaining our database. Staff members are instructed to keep all information you provide confidential.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share with or transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
