Please join us for our new and improved Health Navigator and Community Worker Training Module 2 Social Determinants of Health and Economic Security and Health presented by David Kaye.
We are taking our same great training developed and facilitated by experts in the community and providing this over the course of a year. Boomers will now be able to support our volunteers with ongoing training and support. Also, our volunteers can now create a training schedule that works best for them!
There are four half day training modules for volunteers. We will offer each of these three times a year. With this new system – you can choose which training you would like to take and when, and you’ll be able to apply your real world experience in the field to the skills, strategies and information provided in the four sessions.
Our second module will be held Wednesday January 31 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Daniels Fund 101 Monroe Street Denver, CO . We will provide a training on Social Determinants of Health, Implicit Bias and Cultural Sensitivity and Economic Security and Health
